Check In

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving early will allow you to enjoy each precious moment of your session. Remember that sessions begin and end promptly on time (so that the next guest is not delayed); a late start will deprive you of the full duration of your session. Food, alcohol, cellular telephones, pagers and smoking are not permitted.

Special Needs

Each client is unique; please let us know in advance of special conditions, such as diabetes, pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, etc. This will help us customize services to your personal needs. Massages: No Massage for the client with high blood pressure, heart condition or has had a stroke. Massages increase circulation and may be harmful to your health.

Pricing

All services are priced separately. Any wash, relaxer, cut, style, or previous style cutout will be added to the base price of your selected service.
Requests for longer lengths, straighter textures, and lighter colors will be added to the price of your selected service.

Deposits

Deposits are required for all braid and hair extension services. Deposits are due before your appointment confirmation. No appointment will be confirmed until a 20% (non-refundable) deposit is on account with Because U Deserve It 10 days prior to your appointment day.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-transferable

Payment/Tax

Credit Cards accepted.
There is a 7.25% sales tax on all services in the salon.
No tax exemptions.

Gift Certificates

When using a gift certificate, let your manicurist know at the time of booking

Travel & Discount Services

We may travel to you for additional cost. Travel appointments must be prepaid. Senior & Student Discounts Available with proper I.D.

Return Checks

There will be a $50 charge on all return checks.
